Ringo Starr

For all all Beatle fans out here today is the release date of Beatle’s Rock Band. So as my first post I will like to talk about Richard Starkey AKA Ringo Starr. Back then Ringo was consider the icon for drumming but today a lot of people say he is bad. You have to say Ringo doesn’t use a lot of fancy moves when he play’s (ex: triplets, muli-beats) but in context was to my opinion good. The Beatles songs where very simple and solid so he dint need to show off, it worked well in the song. Also you have to understand drums dint have a lot of main parts back then, he dint need to show off. But that got me wondering, how would he sound if he was to play today’s music, how would he sound?
